In addition to the work we do for food manufacturing partners, we also support organizations that make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
This commitment continues with the Third Annual Harrigan for Wishes Golf Fundraiser, benefiting the incredible work of the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.
Last year’s outing was an roaring success, raising $56,000 in net proceeds—almost double the amount raised the previous year. Those funds helped grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses, thanks to the generosity of sponsors, participants, and supporters.
One of those wishes belonged to Hope, a four-year-old from Sheboygan born with a critical nervous system disorder. Much of Hope’s life has involved hospital stays, therapy appointments, and medical procedures. Her wish was to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, where she and her family spent a magical week creating unforgettable memories.
“Hope’s wish to go to Disney was beyond magical,” shared her mom, Nyra. “Watching her and her siblings make memories filled with love and laughter is all our hearts could ever want. It was one unforgettable trip filled with nothing but joy, magical memories and tons of ice cream! We owe our full hearts to Make A-Wish Wisconsin and to everyone who made this magical wish into one big magical memory for us!”
Another wish granted through last year’s fundraiser belonged to Ronan, a 12-year-old from Sheboygan living with a gastrointestinal disorder. Ronan and his family were also able to travel to Walt Disney World and experience a special week together.
“The whole experience was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for more,” said Ronan’s mom, Anna. “Our family was able to go to Disney World, Universal Studios, stay at Give Kids the World and so much more. It gave us the opportunity to go on a family trip that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford. It was absolutely magical!”
Right now, more than 400 wishes are pending in Wisconsin, meaning hundreds of children are still waiting for their own life-affirming wish. Harrigan for Wishes helps make those moments possible.
This year’s outing will take place on May 18, 2026, at The Bull at Pinehurst Farms in Sheboygan Falls, WI. Registration includes golf, lunch, dinner and an auction, with proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.
