He specializes in designing and delivering contract service programs that align sanitation execution with plant performance, compliance, and long-term financial outcomes.
In his role at Harrigan, Dave oversees financial reporting, treasury management, and Continuous Improvement initiatives for both the company and its customers. Dave’s expertise is reinforced by hands-on food safety training, including HACCP certification, Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) training, and Sanitation Essentials training. This combination of financial rigor, operational insight, and food safety knowledge allows him to work collaboratively with plant leaders—translating sanitation performance into measurable business results.
