Harrigan Solutions specializes in providing increased efficiency to manufacturing companies.  Our focus is elimination of waste by optimizing and upgrading support equipment in metal cutting, grinding, and washing applications.  We provide expertise in metalworking fluid filtration and recycling, chip handling/separation, metalworking fluids, lubes and greases and associated process/program management.

Our customers are manufacturers that are short on people, expertise, time, or budget to persistently attack continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.  They have come to us with a bottleneck, looking for a solution to a specific manufacturing problem and a general need for profit improvement.

With over 25 years as an industrial lubricant and fluid distributor, Harrigan Industrial is proud to be one of the largest Castrol distributors in North America, and is an authorized distributor of Acheson lubricants as well. Our team has manufacturing backgrounds as production workers, engineers, supervisors, machinists, accountants, service technicians and managers. It consists of:

Bill Harrigan started the company over 25 years ago after having worked in account management and service for a metalworking fluids manufacturer. He continues to develop the company with a focus on bridging productivity and profit gaps for metalworking companies. This focus has lead to the development of team shown below.

Jim Joseph is the nation's foremost authority on metalworking filtration.  He literally wrote the book on filtration and has been a consultant to leading chemical suppliers, to engine builders and other manufacturers interested in an optimized approach to contaminate removal in metalworking fluids.

Michael Langhoff has 23 years of experience in filtration & centrifuge equipment service and fluid management. Michael spent many years with Oberlin Filter working in production and service and was a lead service/installation provider before coming to Harrigan. He is a certified Alfa Laval service technician. His broad base of experience in manufacturing, equipment and fluids have made him a valuable resource to Harrigan Solutions customers for over twelve years.

Guy Ouellette provides machining expertise to companies that want to improve profitability.  He started his career in manufacturing as a machinist and worked his way up to Business Unit Manager overseeing lean manufacturing efforts, production, tooling & quality. Guy’s fifteen-plus years in manufacturing and lean manufacturing experience give great insight into successful shop floor implementation of waste reduction projects.

Eric Phillips brings maintenance & production experience.  He formerly was head of Central Maintenance at Chrysler in Kenosha, Production Manager at Chrysler's Mack Avenue plant, and was Business Unit Manager at International Truck in Indianapolis.

Dave Stern is a CPA with plant management experience. Dave understands payback models, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement. He has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing and joined Harrigan Solutions two years ago to help with internal and customer CI projects.

Todd Wagner provides Continuous Improvement strategy to increase customer profitability.  He is s a BSME with an engineering management and business development background. He has been with Harrigan Solutions for more than12 years developing customer partnerships to realize millions of dollars in documented profit improvement.

Jered Yusten services centrifuge and filtration equipment.  He previously was a team lead for centrifuge maintenance in marine applications. He has been with Harrigan for the last two years working in customer and equipment service.
